Someo introduces people and workplaces whose traits genuinely overlap. We make introductions and host the conversation; we are not a party to any employment relationship that follows, and we don't guarantee that any introduction leads to one. Someo is a trading name of Baby Fat Limited (company number 09396116), 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

You need to be 16 or over, give us accurate information, and keep your password to yourself. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, including Someo's AI reading your chats with it to build the picture you approve. One account per person or business. If something on your profile stops being true, update it — honest pictures are the whole point.

Someo is free for people — no fees, no premium tiers, nothing to upgrade, ever. Your profile is yours: you approve what places see, you control your visibility, and you can leave whenever you like.

Businesses complete a short verification before opportunities can go live, and pay a small flat fee per published listing (live for 30 days) plus any optional one-off pushes chosen at checkout. Fees are shown before you pay, charged once, and aren't subscriptions. Pushes change how many of the right people see a listing sooner — never who matches. Listings must describe real work you genuinely intend to fill.

Contact happens only after mutual interest — attempting to reach someone before both sides have said yes isn't just blocked, it's a breach of these terms. So is misrepresenting who you are, harvesting information from profiles, harassing anyone, or using Someo for anything unlawful. We can pause or close accounts that break these rules.

The words on your profile are yours. By publishing them on Someo you let us show them to the other side of the platform as designed — and nothing more. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

We work hard to keep Someo accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for decisions you make based on an introduction, for the conduct of other users, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. You can close your account at any time from your profile, and we can end the agreement if you break it. Questions about any of this? Ask us via Support.
