Somewhere + someone
Someo exists because finding work — and finding people — shouldn't feel like shouting into a void.
What we believe
Most hiring starts with paperwork and ends with silence. We started somewhere else: with the idea that a person is more than a job title, a workplace is more than a listing, and the best working relationships begin when both sides genuinely want them.
So on Someo, people describe who they are — curious, hands-on, calm under pressure — and businesses describe how their place really runs. We look for the overlap, explain it in plain sentences, and only open a conversation when both sides say yes.
The promises we keep
People never pay. No fees, no premium tiers, nothing to upgrade — ever. Businesses pay a small flat fee per listing, and that's the whole model.
Traits, not scores. Numbers never rate people here. Fit is always described in words, never percentages.
Mutual interest before contact. Nobody sees your details, and nobody can message you, until you've both said yes.
Silence over rejection. A non-match simply stays quiet. There are no turn-down notices, no counters, no dead ends.
